The midseason "Mandalorian" storyline didn't really bother me, but I do see that it hampered this show from being it's own thing within the Post-Jedi Star Wars. Really, if they didn't have enough story for just Boba for a full season, this could have been a "television movie" and just focused

For what it's worth, Obama getting a peace prize is weird and was weird at the time. Even then, as a self-professed lib, I thought it was strange that he got one despite not doing anything that brought peace to anywhere. But, it makes Trump mad, so I guess on some level I'm fine with it.
