it really highlights the difference. at a gc march, get together, or when they go to parliament there's usually between 10-20 of them if that and it's always the same ppl. the reason our government listens to them and not to us is bcos our government is deeply bigoted and corrupt.

I think neutrals are starting to realise that this is going to cost the NHS £millions. Even if you ignore the deliberate harm caused to trans people who just want to exist, for someone who can afford private healthcare to divert badly needed funds away from frontline NHS care is, IMO, indefensible.

September 2024. I know pretending stuff like this doesn’t matter and isn’t salient in any way is a load-bearing pillar of mainstream political punditry in the UK, but I would really like people to grapple with the possibility that Starmer was a nasty, vindictive prick and everyone could see it.

KEIR Starmer has been criticised for his reaction to a pro-Palestine who interrupted his speech during the Labour conference.
The Prime Minister was talking about how every child's contribution should be heard when a person in the crowd began shouting:
"What about the children of Gaza?"
The person then added: "Those opportunities don't go to every child, do they?"
They were then led out of the hall by security as Starmer said: "This guy obviously has a pass from the 2019 conference."
