I also want to add the talk of "self determination" is always wheels out without context as if it's some sort of moral right. E.g. let's take the UK, if I talk about the indigenous English right to self determination, you know exactly what the fuck I'm talking about and it's not good is it?

The truth is, you cannot have a single ethnicity "self determine" things like statehood because there's nowhere ethnically homogenous enough for that to happen without crushing someone else's self determination under foot.

Govt minister Josh MacAlister claims unemployed young people are paid with PIP to be out of work. Except PIP isn't an out of work benefit, plenty of people who receive PIP are in work & PIP enables them to do that. Josh knows this. What hes doing is whipping up anger towards disabled people.
