Two new articles from the Reinisch lab @yalecellbiology.bsky.social and De Camilli lab @yaleneuro.bsky.social provide the first complete molecular characterization of VPS13A and C, two proteins involved in neurodegenerative diseases, and show that they can exist in active and inactive states.
