He also stopped & demanded an ID without discernible cause from a younger male passenger who produced a minor driver's license. The young man wasn't doing anything wrong. He'd already produced ticket. He was apparently polite. After your employee left, the white men called out what just happened.

Recall that with such limited testing, people usually only get tested when they have a severe enough infection to go to the hospital. Case rates now are more indicative of serious illness than how much COVID is in the community. 11/

In the last update, total positive COVID cases increased from 144 to 174. Ages 75+ had the highest case rate followed closely by ages <1, then ages 1-4, then ages 65-74, then ages 50-64, then ages 18-49, and finally ages 12-17. Ages 5-11 had no cases. 9/

This multi-line graph tracks the weekly rate of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 population in Ontario, categorized by various age groups from infants to seniors aged 75 and older. The data trends highlight the fluctuations in infection rates across different demographics over the year.

Lab testing positivity since the last update shows from highest to lowest: Entero/Rhinovirus increased to 19.4%, Influenza A increased to 3%, COVID increased to 2.7%, Parainfluenza increased to 1.6%, Adenovirus decreased to 0.2%... 7/

From Sept 2025 to Present, adults 75+ had the highest rate of COVID hospital admissions, followed by age 65-74 and then age 0-4 in third place. Young children 0-4 had hospitalization rates almost twice as high as fourth place group age 50-64. 3/

This side-by-side bar chart displays the rate of hospital admissions per 100,000 population in Ontario for the past year. The graph breaks down the data across six age groups, illustrating a clear progressive trend where hospital admission rates increase significantly with age, peaking sharply in the 75+ demographic except for children age 0-4 which have the third highest rate.
