Surprised to discover that Thermo Fisher appears to show a fake western blot for the validation of one of their p53 antibodies. I've added a diagram to show the very similar bands. This does not appear to be one of the "published figures" but their own internal data.

PDPN marks lymphatic vessels & CAFs in the TME, but tumor-cell PDPN can also be a biomarker of a plastic lymphatic metastasis–permissive state in TNBC🔬(key fatures of the PDPN state mouse–human conserved). Hypoxia → PDPN⁺ tumour cells → CCR7⁺ lymphatic spread. BJC: www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Oral cancers with a high risk of recurrence can be identified at an early stage by examining the lymphatic vessels of the tumour. The high number of proliferating lymphatic vessels predicted cancer recurrence and death better than any other previously known risk factor for oral cancer. #MedSky

A key finding of our last study is that soluble and immobilized CCL21 gradients cooperate to fine-tune different steps of lymphatic migration, revealing a new layer in leukocyte guidance. This work was only possible thanks to an amazing team effort!

Our @natcomms.nature.com paper is finally out! 🚀 rdcu.be/eQnYW Using scRNA-seq and Visium HD, we mapped lymphatics in metastatic lymph nodes from breast cancer patients and discovered striking lymphatic remodeling that shapes subsequent metastasis. Massive thanks to all collaborators!!!
