It turns out, designing levels that can't be softlocked isn't just tough af for my smooth as a chicken breast brain, it is a design constraint I'm unwilling to work with given all the time I spent to add multiple "bridge-able" tile types. So! I landed on a workaround; pay X HP, restart level
