We can spend our lives debating the justifications (I more or less have); but we are wasting our time. What we need is a massive clampdown on the influence of money over politics, including lobbying transparency, campaign finance reform, an end to the revolving door between politics and lobbying.

Pacing is not a true treatment, but rather an attempt to limit further deterioration - and anything but wellness. It frequently means adopting the most severe restrictions to one’s ADLs to avoid further rolling #PEM and a lowering of your baseline. #PwME must sacrifice their quality of life in

Many people are unaware that the UK added DNRs to charts of patients with learning disabilities. They also had a whiteboard where they wrote the question “who do we not save?” The great unmasking, unsafe healthcare & push for assisted dying seems to have answered that question. The disabled.
