Kavanaugh's decision on trans people in sports contains a footnote saying it applies only to trans women, by the way. So trans women can be legally segregated (and his reasoning isn't limited to sports), but he explicitly says it doesn't apply to trans men in any gendered spaces at all.

I worked at an Amazon warehouse for 14 hours & quit after returning from the bathroom to find our trainer lying face down on the floor, her face smashed from passing out. These events - deaths & injuries are very common at their warehouses.
