None of my logic OR emotional appeals touched him. In the end when he couldn't ignore state agents trying to kill refugees he finally…felt kind of sad about it, in retrospect. 190

One of the last times we talked he expressed SOME regret because he wasn't totally Fox-brained and had seen some of the terrible shit we were doing at the border. 180

He was a good worker, and again otherwise just nice and caring. We were state employees taking care of the severely physically and mentally disabled for fuck sake, it's almost communism. 180
