Sorry, I meant our analysis included both, CheckM and CheckM2. There are weird/incongruent cases either way. As you said, no doubt these are great tools we all use. Just need to be aware. In our case we digged into this because we realized we were discarding interesting isolates for no reason 🤦‍♂️
