I finally made the strawberry cake I intended to make on Sunday for I.N.'s birthday. I used freeze dried strawberries in the batter and frosting, because everything is still under snow and we won't have fresh strawberries until June.

I think this month marks the first anniversary of me beginning my AuDHD assessment process. I vaguely remember starting the forms in February last year. My intake appointment was in March, assessment at the end of May, and results at the end of July. Last year was a wild ride, indeed.

For those who were following along with my recent food struggles, I have a good update! I'm actually able to consistently eat two meals spread out over the course of the day now! And yesterday I had three meals! Like I was actually able to eat dinner! Exclamation points!!!
