At this point in my life, I long since gave up on first person shooters, I was rubbish at them when younger, but lack the reaction speeds completely now. But inexplicably I am good at PUBG mobile…I suspect that the controls are SO awful, it’s hard to be skilled just on reaction speeds…

Weird question but need input: Just had therapist talking about “just feeling and acknowledging emotions” I pointed out how I don’t really know what that entails but didn’t get any guidance. What is your brain doing/thinking when this happens? “I am sad” well…now what? Just think that on repeat?

A lot of this work to achieve it was done under Theresa May as PM, I worked on it. But got shelved under her successors. The housing first pilots were meant to be a start, not an only. They were a HUGE part of Manchester progress - and came from Westminster.
