Wow. Just watched episode 2 of Emergency 24/7 on BBCiPlayer. Very raw and emotional and hit hard. Felt very sorry for Paul and immense respect and admiration for all the medical staff. Not ashamed to admit it moved me to tears. Difficult to watch at times but highly recommended. #Emergency247

At the grocery store this evening, I saw a short little old lady trying to reach a jar of artichokes on the top shelf. No way could she do it. I helped her out. Pro Tip. Just grab the out-of-reach product. Don't pick the short person up like I did. The cops were pretty friendly.
