The image is of a four panel comic.
The first panel shows Sarah, the protagonist, holding a red ball labeled "A SILLY MEME".
The second panel shows Sarah taking the ball and going through a door labeled "GROUP CHAT".
The third panel shows a group of women sitting together and consoling one woman in the center. The woman in the center is saying "...And that's how it happened. It's been the worst day of my life."
The fourth panel shows Sarah standing in the doorway behind them awkwardly holding the red ball.

Local data centre developers are trying to convince Disgruntled of Cheshire™ that they should allow the development on green belt because of “data sovereignty”. Now I recognise this is important, but who on earth is being swayed by this argument What PR firm is recommending “but muh GDPR”

Just seen Andrew Goddard has done a rough analysis of all ~1000 #Synod candidates, particularly looking at key words and phrases. This is cool, but I want to now do an analysis of their font choices, which is far more important. Still using Gill Sans in the Year of Our Lord, 2026?

It will never not be wild to me that the Russians attacked Keir Starmer's home, successfully spread falsehoods about Starmer's love life, and this didn't changed British politics and British political elite behaviour *at all*.

This conversation is fascinating. El-Sayed is exactly the sort of person who should be in a position of power. There's this great interaction between him and Klein, about how a state cares for its citizens, where it becomes clear that Klein will give up on people. El-Sayed won't. I like that.

Great transcription error in my sermon draft. Points for anyone who knows what I actually said
These salad cheese, these high priests, these elders are all too aware of what a fragile rule they have because they're not even really in charge in the first place. The Romans are in charge. And they're worried that Jesus is going to make that plain to everyone else.

I'm sure there is nothing that would comfort Burnham more than knowing Reeves, Jones, and Reed have got his back
Scoop — good to be prepared: A number of Keir Starmer-era Cabinet ministers are planning to form a new parliamentary group aimed at helping Burnham win the next election, Playbook PM hears. Dubbed “project second term,” the group is said to include former Chancellor Rachel Reeves, plus Darren Jones and Steve Reed, with others on the backbenches also sounded out. It aims to bang the drum for fiscal discipline and modernization, and could propose specific policies for a Burnham manifesto.

It must be fun to just strawman your way through life and never engage with actual arguments
Note the centrists who claim pensions are unaffordable and that the triple lock must be cut and that this isa legitimate political price to pay are often the same centrists who insist it is simply politically impossible to tax billionaire wealth.

They are the same people who will say it is simply politically and economically impossible to cap the cost of essentials in supermarkets. They are the real blockers of progressive change in this country.
They are the true ideologues, the true handmaidens of fascism.
