The state’s attorney general demanded access to company records to examine how the newspaper’s board oversees editorial standards amid claims of anti-Israel bias.

The Black voters peaking the turnout needle in Va. after the Roberts Court destroyed the pinnacle achievement of the civil rights mov’t understand political dynamics better than the officials who tried to elevate Garland after Scalia passed.
A post by survey researcher Tom Bonier from Sep. 30. He wrote: “In VA, where more than 200k votes have already been cast, turnout among Black and AAPI voters has more than doubled, compared to this same point in 2022, while Hispanic turnout is more than 5x that benchmark.”

In Count I, Plaintiff alleges that Defendants continue to misappropriate its property, namely the experience of live games and events it hosts at Wrigley Field. To prevail on its claim, Plaintiff must provide evidence that (1) it “created a product through extensive time, labor, skill or money,” (2) Defendants “used [its] product in competition with [Plaintiff], gaining a special advantage … because [Defendants] bore little or no burden of the expense of development,” and (3) Defendants’ use of Plaintiff’s product caused “commercial damage.” McNabb Bennett & Assocs., Inc. v. Pete is lost in terms of modern war. I use the example of this outgunned Ukrainian army officer who successfully terrorized a Russian unit for weeks because she "did the math." At the time, someone commented, "yeah, in combat, 'I did the math' beats 'I can do 100 pushups' every time."
Ukrainian female soldier: Okay, I said the idea is this: There is enough time to empty one full can of 32 grenades and be gone by the time the return mortar fire reaches us. I did the math.
