#CoverReveal alert! Behold the cover art for our new anthology Haverin, designed by our own Jenni Coutts. Look carefully and you'll spot some sneaky clues to the tales inside. Celebrating 40 years of the GSFWC, #Haverin is out October 2026 from Taverna Press. #GSFWC40 @jennicoutts.bsky.social(1/2)

Faulds, Christopher Caldwell, Eliza Chan and many more. Haverin, Edited by Brian M. Text reads: Haverin, Scots, Verb: Talking in a foolish or trivial manner, speaking nonsense. Glaswegians enjoy a bit of haverin and few enjoy it more than the Glasgow SF Writers' Circle have for the last forty years, following many hard critique sessions with a bit of a haver in the pub. This anthology is a celebration of those forty years, with more than forty stories of Fantasy, Science and the Odd from members past and present. Join us on this fantastical journey, turning havers into stories and revelling in the full range of writing that has come out of the Circle since 1986.
