Maud the day she came home (5 years ago last February)

Younger maud in a soft sided carrier turned on its side, looking apprehensively at the camera. There are three dry cat food nuggets in front of her and she’s not interested.

At an animal shelter, younger version of Maud (brown tabby, polydactyly, very small and square) photographed through a window as the two shelter volunteers try to coax her gently into doing something (maybe having her nails trimmed?)
