#EASD2026 present their guidelines for T2D CGM. Measuring HbA1c, TBR, and Quality of Life, the evidence shows there is a very small positive effect in the general T2D population. So an option but not essential. #dedoc⁰

I've been running the CamAPS liberty [fully]* closed-loop AID for a month now. Still requires some manual inputs for optimal performance, but the algorithm is more aggressive than the FX predecessor. Results speak for themselves. 93% TIR last week and A1C/GMi approaching prediabetic levels.

Neuer "Rekord" in Kyjiw: Dieser sonnige Sonntag wurde wieder zum Tag mit den längsten Luftalarmen in diesem Krieg. Das sind schon insgesamt knapp 16 Stunden. Der vorige Höchstwert wurde am 27. August aufgestellt: Zusammengerechnet 15 Stunden und 12 Sekunden. Es knallt auch den ganzen Tag ordentlich.

Noch ein Hinweis, dass es auch anders laufen kann. In Pirna, Nachbarstadt von Heidenau, gab es dieses Jahr Attacken auf die "Aktion Zivilcourage". Es ging nicht um Stolpersteine, sondern um verschiedene Demokratieprojekte. Auf Vorstoß der AfD wurden Gelder gestrichen.
