I'd like to offer the knot and tuck option for those who are able to only access surgical masks aka "baggy blues". It decreases disease transmission rates, and also keeps the mask from touching your mouth, which is a sensory deterrent for some, and pulls it down from the eye area on a small face.

HOW TO IMPROVE THE FIT OF A MEDICAL MASK

Secure (knot) each loop close to the mask.

Fold and tuck in unneeded material.
