Just adding this to various gig guides, some of which are really not great at all in terms of userfriendlyness. For Our Auckland, basically every time I'm helping someone out, I have to email them to ask what's wrong with my listing, and there's always something.

The apartments has had construction noise most days due to emergency repairs. Talking to the repairman, turns out the main switchbox room was originally built by the current grounds manager - untreated wood, interior door used at exterior, and never checked for over 20 years.

I am very pleasantly surprised. The owner of multiple properties, who lives of National heartland, is horrified about what this govt has done to pplm. They want to know how to vote to change this government. They don't like what is happening in mental health and community support.

And let's be clear, "funding properly" does not mean minimal increases to start trying to somewhat address decades of cuts and stagnation. It means *massively* increasing health and social services funding, so we're preventing illness, diagnosing early, treating effectively, supporting real recovery
