Realising the company I work for appears to be far more highly ethical than a lot in our industry. Wild to me that people are assessed and diagnosed for ADHD without any psycho education as part of the process. Seems borderline negligent to me.

There is one job that has good chances of being incredibly important in the future for men: Counsellor/Mental Health Worker Most get head-hunted out of university due to the massive gender bias in caring professions, must have empathy skills though.

Nothing frustrates me more than when people talk about how they become "addicted" to medication because when they stop taking it they are not able to function as well. [Not talking about legitimate abuse but the idea that functionality = addiction] If that is the case, I am addicted to glasses.

Larger tonic pupil sizes and astigmatism are both more highly correlated in ADHD and Autism, and I think may in part explain some of the photophobia (light sensitivity) issues that are common within ADHD. Hypermobility could help to explain these as collagen structures would be more fragile.
