Finally saw Resident Evil - fucking loved it, thought it was excellent. Honestly wish more of the actual games felt like this TBH; felt a lot like the OG series while being a new starting point for the story (ie clearly occurs in 2026 instead of 1998). I could still see RE1-3 occurring alongside it.
