Found out yesterday that one of the first pet cats whose name we know belonged to Crown Prince Thutmose of the 18th dynasty pf Egypt. She was named Ta-Miu, which translates, roughly, as "Miaow Girl".

In 2015, my daughter, Nicole Davis, celebrated a Bat Mitzvah. Part of her milestone included performing a charitable service. She decided to gather a large group of friends to paint small canvases to give to patients at UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. My husband, Michael Davis, suggested we do an adjoining project: gather fun sketches from other professional cartoonists to form a collaborative collage. This would be hung in the hospital for patients and families to enjoy. I agreed it was a great idea.
We received many responses, and here is our fantastic result. So much thanks goes to my family and all the great creators who contributed.
