Incredible. First Secretary Mullin claimed that DHS had identified 15,903 noncitizens on Nevada’s voter roll. Then DHS officials told a skeptical Nevada, no no no, that’s just people we flagged. Here are the names of 185 people we KNOW aren’t citizens. All 185 were citizens. DHS got 100% wrong.
When the Department of Homeland Security sent Nevada a list of 185 names last month that it claimed identified noncitizens who had been improperly allowed to register to vote, state election officials got to work.
On Tuesday, the state sent a strongly worded rebuke to the federal government: Every single person on the list was a lawful citizen.
"As for the 185 individuals, our records indicate that they were citizens," Greg D. Ott, a deputy attorney general in Nevada, wrote, according to a copy of a letter sent to Department of Homeland Security officials obtained through open records requests.
"You have provided nothing of substance to suggest otherwise."Following the meeting, Ms. Vogt sent a clarifying email to Nevada officials. "I also wanted to be sure I clarified that we did not reduce the 15,903 to 185," she wrote. "We've manually reviewed some of the 15,903 and confirmed 185 are not U.S. Citizens."
Now, Nevada officials are saying even that 185 number is wrong. They also took issue with a letter D.H.S. sent them in early September, in which the agency reiterated its initial claims about nearly 16,000 noncitizens on the rolls and pressured state officials to review each case in a letter to Nevada officials in early September.

This is pretty fucking wild. I had assumed in a worst case scenario he would target blue zip codes and toss ballots based on technicalities but this is even worse than I imagined.
Not only is this system astonishingly untested, USPS has simultaneously implemented an
impracticable zero percent failure rate.
13 When ballots are submitted to USPS in large-volume
batches, if any one ballot in the batch cannot be verified against the Portal, all ballots in that
batch will be rejected. For example, if a state election official brings a batch of 10,000 ballots to
USPS and USPS is unable to match just one of those ballots against the Portal – because, for
example, someone has recently changed their name after marriage or they’ve moved – then
USPS would refuse to mail the remaining 9,999 ballots as well. As the whistleblower notes,

Read this whole piece.
Mamuka spent 119 days in detention, about four months, but under normal circumstances, he should have been released. He was arrested on February 5 in Alabama, where he was detained for five days, then moved to Winn where he spent another 114 days before dying in custody. Unless something changed between the middle of March and early June, he did not have a final removal order so ICE couldn't move him-instead, Mamuka had a case pending before an immigration judge this entire time, and may have still been waiting on a final hearing when he passed. He was classified as the lowest risk level in detention, he had no mandatory detention flag, he was not a known terrorist or a suspected gang member (problematic as those categories are, and he never had a prior detainer, so it's unlikely that he ever had a run-in with police. All of these factors, combined with the nature of his arrest, support a straightforward conclusion that he should not have been in detention in the first place. Using the national ICE detention average daily rate of $150, the US taxpayer spent $17,850 detaining this single person without any evidence that it served the interests of public safety or national security.

This is Enron-like. SpaceX has committed $1.6 billion to lease a data center in Mississippi. But instead of simply saying that, they structure it as an unconsolidated 49.9% interest in a joint venture. The only source of revenue for the "joint venture" is... the SpaceX lease. /6
The above tables exclude operating lease agreements that have been signed as of December 31, 2025, but not yet commenced for the aggregate lease payments of $1,627 million and an average lease term of 7.2 years, including the operating lease arrangement with Stateline. Refer to Note 9, Investments in unconsolidated affiliates for additional Equity method investmentIn April 2025, the Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary CTC Property LLC (“CTC”), entered into a joint venture Stateline Power, LLC (“Stateline”), with Solaris Power Solutions Stateline, LLC (“Stateline Power Solutions”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (“Solaris”). Stateline was formed to provide off-grid power to CTC’s data center campus pursuant to a long-term equipment rental arrangement. In connection with the formation of Stateline, Solaris contributed non-cash assets valued at $86 million, consisting primarily of progress payments on power generation equipment now owned by Stateline and pre-funded expenses, in exchange for a 50.1% equity interest in Stateline. CTC contributed $86 million in cash in exchange for the remaining 49.9% equity interest. Interests in Stateline held by CTC were subsequently assigned to MZX Tech LLC (“MZX”), another wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
