1/ Although levels are still low nationally, flu metrics are ticking up, including emergency department visits. This is especially true in the West. That’s unusual because:
1️⃣ It's early (usually starts in Oct or Nov)
2️⃣ Flu typically starts in the Southeast before spreading across the country
