Drawabox is solid for learning how to study and the basics of form. Books like drawing on the right side of the brain are good for the basics of observation and portrait work. And just books in general, gather a collection. Carry a sketchpad and just draw from life when you can, it helps over time

I really don’t think that’s the case. I do think that probably these people hate femininity, which they see as weakness. But that doesn’t mean that they are secretly gay or trans. And I think that it does damage to insist that they are. Maybe some are, but definitely not all.

In my opinion, this is the very worst part of all this: If Talarico, Turek, et al. lose their elections, cis Democratic pundits and consultants will inevitably blame the loss on trans people (just as they did with Harris’s election) no matter how we vote, and they will use it as an excuse to throw us under the bus during the next round of elections.
