I have been in one of the worst pain flares I've had in a while. 3 days with no relief. Everything hurts. I've used all my coping skills and tools and I'm so exhausted. I desperately need tomorrow and Tues to tolerable, I have surgery on Wed and I at least need to put clean sheets on the bed😫🫠

My dad is a good guy, a good grandpa. he does not cope w big emotions well. One of the young woman in our family was drugged & raped. he said it wouldn't have happened if "she'd been where she belonged" as she left work early. I was waiting outside this Safeway a few nights ago. It was warm, and in a rural town of about 4,000. There was a group of about 8 kids on bikes, I'd say about 10 or 12 years old anyway, they were all saying goodnight and 1 rode off with "see ya later, butt tickler!" Just thought you should know.

I'm really proud of myself. I went to a cancer retreat and a lot of things went wrong. It was making me feel so SHIT. this stuff is so hard. So I left. And I drove 3 hours to Arches, because it was only 68°. I feel alive and hopeful again, surgery is next week. Now im ready.
