I used just about every chilli I had at home for this chilli oil - Dry red teja, guntur, chilli flakes, fresh green chilli, gochugaru powder, kashmiri red chilli powder + some black pepper. I started with sampling teja and guntur chilli, drinking rose milk, feeling my face sweat. Worth the time 🍜🌶🌶
