I get asked this about my ebike all the time. When people ask something else about my bike & I tell them about @mcbl.bike I regularly get, "oh, that's through the city, then?" No. It's a grassroots nonprofit. Totally it's own entity. Still free & available to residents of the city.

Also, this borrower returned the bike just as an electrician was arriving to our house to give us a quote. The electrician thought the borrower was the homeowner & started chatting as he walked up to our house, which turned into the borrower spreading the good word of the @mcbl.bike + cargo bikes.😆

In case you see this: Minnesota’s in-person absentee voting has started (on Sept. 18). It is the functional equivalent of in-person voting (which does indeed start Oct. 16; the only difference is you don’t have to fill out an absentee ballot application on-site).
