Dear tv and radio producers. Thankyou for the invitation. But, no, I do not want to appear on your show to defend the idea that I am English, after 50 years of living and working here, because the increasingly feral right want to turn this into a "debate" and you cannot see how you're being played

Jerry Hall, Grace Jones, and Jessica Lange all lived together in an apartment in Paris, in the mid-70s, when they were all models trying to hit the big time. It's no wonder that Hall did not find Richard E. Grant's behaviour to be anything other than mildly eccentric. 😶

My abiding memory of my 17th birthday is some prick screaming that I was useless in my face because it was two days after Christmas and the toy shop I worked in, weirdly enough, had long queues. That was thirty years ago but still: fuck that guy.

Whatever works for you of course, but I definitely feel you can get very good results working out at home instead of forking out loads on gym memberships. The fact that I am too bone idle to actually leave the house and walk to a gym is neither here nor there.

One pissing wet Tuesday morning while I was on extended parental leave I needed to get out of the flat so I took the boy to a parent & baby screening of some film I'd not heard of. Something about the war? Anyway, it turned out to be The Zone of Interest. I saw The Zone of Interest with 40 babies.

London was battered by cuts and neglect for 14 years under the Conservatives. Finally it got a Labour government with a leader representing a London constituency…who screwed it on council funding and infrastructure spend. Who was then replaced with a guy whose whole shtick was anti-London.
