I think Kemi has been conversing with AI and this is early stage psychosis as a result.

How arrogant would one have to be to expect the Pope to change the theology of the Catholic Church and reject doctrinal truths inherent in scripture because of an argument that a machine that can make big titty anime girls on demand has a soul.

This is dumb on many grounds but primarily because the price is only going up. That 10p wouldn't stall prices for more than a few weeks. It's a supply problem. Not a tax problem.

This is both cool and so what, because it's entirely theoretical disciplines. Experimental science can't be done by an AI. Anybody can come up with a theory, proving it usually takes years, decades even, of experimentation.

That said, and cynicism aside, I think the fact that he got into Cambridge and wanted to study English literature rather than anything objectively career focussed is underexamined. A man who does or at least did have a love of developing a sophisticated understanding of culture for its own sake.

Honestly loads of you are too easily impressed by a politician who shows emotion and has policy interests. Is that really the bar?

hold up - will confidently interject on any subject, often with significant errors - can't actually read, instead relies on an elaborate method of parsing context through structure & likely words - looks financially impressive, actually built on huge amounts of unsustainable debt

What was I saying about Labour trying to rebuild heavy industry for people who will never vote for them instead of supporting the sectors that currently do. They'll allow HE to be destroyed, just to have a few hundred more GMB members.

Something about energy in the UK that doesn't really seem to feature in either political or activist debates is that at certain times, and on a regular basis, energy companies encourage their customers to consume huge amounts of electricity for free and in some cases they'll pay you to do so.

Maybe the word has a different meaning in history, but without getting too much into the mereology, England as the concept of a country is definitely part of a taxonomy. None of this is relevant to the nationalities, ethnicities and genetics of the inhabitants, past, present and future.
