And as much as I hate to say it, there's also the parking issue. You can get there by transit or bike, of course, but if you're carrying in your armies for a tournament are you going to? I guess they figure most people will just leave them there? I'm not carrying my big games across town.

Having a dedicated table to leave a game up on between sessions would be nice, but with 20 founding members I don't believe they have 20 private rooms big enough for a TRPG table so I question how many of those will really be available.

I looked at it, because I was curious and we're gamers. This doesn't have food, it's all BYO, although with the location you could also order pretty easy. The basic membership is also for one person and the higher two are a member and a "companion" which honestly the phrasing gives me the icks.

Check with churches! A lot of churches have them. If you look for one that does community meals they'll probably let you use it for a share of the banana bread or whatever that's turning into.

We had that yellow arabesque tile in my childhood home until about 2 years ago. The subfloor was poorly installed and sections were getting spongy, so my parents finally replaced it.
