Lines up with patient-reported experience that in the context of PEM, exercise often just takes away from other activities (like ADLs). I really hope this paper helps POTS practitioners take this knowledge on board.

Hey Bluesky, could you help spread the word? My goal for the day is one new sale. Here's a lovely pic of some of the Jeremy Creatures currently available at my shop. Each one is designed and hand-sewed by me and takes many hours to create. jeremycreature.bigcartel.com
Here's a lovely pic of some of my hand-sewn, fabric art Jeremy Creatures. The ground is green fur and the background is a beautiful galaxy print fabric. One creature is a gray rock with two different sizes black eyes and a little frown. There's a tall ghost with about 35 black eyes of different sizes and a wide mouth full of sharp teeth. There's another spirit with many eyes, twirly head wisps, and an open mouth with sharp teeth. There's also a ghost with a tiny face, with two different sized eyes and a little frown. There's a black ghost with a gray moon face, their body covered with hand-embroidered stars and planets of various sizes and colors. There's a frowny white ghost featuring embroidered red flowers. There's a super tiny frowny white ghost, and a super tiny black ghost with four eyes and embroidered stars.

I saw another person mentioned early morning adrenaline dumps. I find magnesium supplements really helpful to reduce those. I take 200-800 mg of magnesium bis-glycinate depending on the previous day’s symptoms. The bis-glycinate type has less of a 💩 effect so I can take a bigger dose.

I've been doing that since I started my art journey. I may have gotten less strict about it, when pretty much the whole internet was stealing creatives' work - kinda discouraged. Forgetful even. But now? The slop companies are constantly taking your work to profit on it. I do it out of spite!

Another classic, not sure if I've already posted this one here.
The image is a six panel black and white comic.

Panel 1 - a girl sits at her desk in front of a computer, looking disheartened. She says, "I dont know if I should post this art, who would even want to see it?"

Panel 2- A new person bursts through the door in the background with a loud BAM

Panel 3- The new person pushes the girl out of the way, smushing her face in the process, while slamming their fist down on the keyboard.

Panel 4- The computer shows that the art has been posted

Panel 5- The person makes direct eye contact with the girl while pushing their finger against their own phone screen

Panel 6- A motion blur is added to the last panel, enhancing the impact of the new notifications on the new post. It reads, "(Friend) Liked Post just now" Followed by "(Friend) commented 'I FUCKING LOVE THIS AND I LOVE U'"

Underneath the last panel is a watermark that reads, Shubbabang

I really liked it! Though I had to pace myself and watched it in 20-30 minute increments because it required such intense focus. And then last week I was in an ER where the TV was all staticky and the captioning was half gobbledygook which felt extremely similar to the film 😅

The Tufted ground squirrel (Rheithrosciurus macrotis) is a riddle wrapped in an enigma wrapped in floof. Let's start with the *FLOOF* & talk about why they're called "VAMPIRE SQUIRRELS" last. They have the largest tail: body size ratio of any mammal on Earth: the tail is *130%* the size the body.
Taken from "Critter Science" blog: A squirrel with dark coloration, just an amazingly large tail, and long tufted ears that point slightly backwards. Along the long-thin body are orange, white and black striping. The tail looks almost exactly like one of those dust-trapping dusters.

Here's a lovely photo of Thundercloud. He's a fabric art bird. He's a mottled dark and light gray, sort of like granite. He's a roundish bird with two tiny wings and a little face in the center of his body. He has two light gray eyes of slightly different sizes and an open light gray beak. There's green fur in the background. Here's another lovely photo of Thundercloud where he's resting on my palm.
