Even taken as given Ireland has real issues with antisemitism that need to be addressed (which I agree with!) you have to wonder at some point if the focus on this one tiny country on Europe's periphery might be motivated by something other than concern for the welfare of its Jewish population

Honestly, it’s hard not to suspect that suppression of turnout amongst certain groups of voters is part of the objective of choosing the last Friday in November as a polling date. There are so many fairly easy things we could do to increase turnout if the will was there.

It was a pointless and childish interjection.
Harris knows well that there's a world of difference between a news organisation covering something to the public's satisfaction and a news organisation accidentally picking up something on one of their mics because a member of the public had the temerity to ask the Taoiseach about it.
