An annoying argument in favour of FPTP is the idea that any PR system breaks the connection between MP and constituency. This argument is exceptionally annoying given that the UK's closest neighbour, Ireland, has a PR system that is arguably too locally focused. www.qmul.ac.uk/mei/policy-h...
Statement that "FPTP ensures that there is just one MP per
constituency. Polling shows this constituency link
to be very popular with British voters."

I think that's kinda what men need to understand. If you let this stuff slide it will haunt you forever. If that happens BEST CASE is a life of shame. Worst case is you rationalize it away and become the monster you previously ignored as a coping mechanism. Either way, what a miserable life.

They care about animal safety, so now the goat is down after a few hours. Though she is still married to a primary school girl of Killorglin. Maybe that's the real deal: each town in Ireland must marry each year one of their schoolgirl to a goat.

Again, this proposal- accurately denounced here as incompatible with the EU Chart of Fundemental Rights- is the product of our Government. One of our Ministers has proposed it. Amongst other changes, it proposes that the rights of AI companies to harvest data should stand above humans’ data rights.

Irish plans to exempt processing of your data for AI from the GDPR are "not in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights"; they amount to an "illegal change of primary law"; they "exempt AI from the guarantees in the Treaties and render them largely meaningless". Damning, from the leading expert.

This is why, every year, the whole of Ireland is required to celebrate the Puck Fair. We can’t just say that hauling a goat into the air for days on end is something just for Kerry. We are a united country, which is why we have airborne goats everywhere.

Well, well, well - if it isn’t the consequences of our own actions. It would appear that migrants are not, in fact, the fiscal drain we’ve been told they are by years if we go by the £4bn to £6.5bn shortfall that’s been caused by the precipitous drop in numbers under this government. Funny that.

Macklemore already has the Mandate of Heaven, but this comment left under the "Thrift Shop" video last week is still nice to see. His decency isn't a recent development.
"I am of the background club dancers and the ones in the stores. I'm also the one in the green sweater riding a bike at the start of the video. I just thought it was silly fun project and forgot I did this until I got a royalty check for $2057 two days after the news broke out! We had so much fun filming this. We drank so many slurpees! The goodwill gave us all $100 vouchers and Mac like we called him was freaking hilarious! But he was a nice dude and he footed the bill for our lunches. On the last day of filming, he gave us all fur coats and took us to Taneda restaurant. Booked it all out and had a bang of a party!! Never thought this song would be the massive impact that it is today. Love him even more now!! ❤❤✌️✌️"

Take the €100,000 Govt-commissioned report provided by KPMG to justify continuing Ireland’s unrestricted data centre growth. (Recently described in a UN report as a “cautionary tale”)
Amongst innumerable absurdities, up at the front of the report it claimed that
"876,000 jobs (32% of national employment)" were "underpinned" by Ireland's 72 data centres.
But at the same time, down the back of the report, in a Appendix, it acknowledged that their ongoing employment contribution to the nation was 9,500 jobs.

Rylands v. Fletcher. "The person who for his own purposes brings on his land and collects and keeps there anything likely to do mischief if it escapes, must keep it at his peril, and, if he does not do so, is prima facie answerable for all the damage which is the natural consequence of its escape."
