Official statements noted that the Witch Hat Atelier anime was, under Shirahama's supervision, expanding on the original work. And it hasn't been until the incredible third episode that we've really seen what they meant, with Coco's test being fleshed out & connected more firmly to her character arc

With Hat Atelier is, no exaggeration, one of the most mesmerizing comics out there. Kamome Shirahama isn't "good at drawing" - she has great technical skill, yes, but she controls the flow like no one else, comes up with imagery that projects a world, and roots all of it in the themes of her series

In S17 of #Taskmaster, Nick Mohammed dressed as a vampire for his tasks. The production scrubbed all his reflections when he's dressed like this, but the only way I knew is because someone told me about it. It's subtle and very cool.
