This man proudly reped Buffalo, NY all over the world for decades. The Butcher was a menacing presence in the ring & Andy Williams was an intense guitar-riffing machine on stage. But anyone who met out-of-character Andy right away found out that he was as friendly of a person as you will ever meet.

Not only is this system astonishingly untested, USPS has simultaneously implemented an
impracticable zero percent failure rate.

batches, if any one ballot in the batch cannot be verified against the Portal, all ballots in that
