This EHRC guidance is designed to push trans people out of public life, making it nearly impossible for them to leave their homes. And this onslaught doesn't just hurt our trans siblings. Cis women who don't conform to gender stereotypes are already under attack too. UK Ministers must reject it.

In the end, all good things must be sacrificed to maintain the status quo. I recently culled the X-line from my pull and feel better for it. It's hard to believe there'll be something like Krakoa ever again, I'm sad it ended the way it did, but I'll always look back fondly on the great stuff.

Fundamentally, we must acknowledge that the people who stirred up anti-trans prejudice don't have "reasonable concerns" and have no interest in any compromise that lets trans people "live their lives with dignity and in a safe and accepted way". That's the very opposite of their goal.
