I should note, that a contributing factor to the people using "people on this website cannot take a joke" as a smokescreen rising appears to largely be the cases where it is legit having a limited amount of times they can happen due to the legit cases being filtered away from actual jokes

I have gotten to be educational to a colleague that needs learn to think a bit differently. Them: If it's broken, they should fix it. Simple as that. Me: It's "broken" relative to a kind of work that they aren't doing. What you need to do is establish whether it's fine for what they ARE doing.
