The Asha Sharma profile in the NYT is definitely a corporate puff piece, but IMO it reads as *deeply* embarrassing for Sharma. Not only does she have nothing of substance to say, but she talks like Elizabeth Holmes did at Theranos, exclusively in proverbs and platitudes and 'hustle mindset' BS.

Finished the Dietrich route in FORTUNE’S WEAVE, and so far I think this game has the best character writing of any FIRE EMBLEM game, and by a pretty wide margin. Dietrich and Fabio are all-time great video game leads and the build/pay-off in their relationship really blew me away.

The lack of save slots in FIRE EMBLEM: FORTUNE’S WEAVE is a near-fatal flaw. Because you can’t save, you can’t undo small mistakes with the game’s time management system, which can lead to missing missions, or even losing entire chapters and hours worth of progress. It’s utterly baffling.

The new Carly Rae Jepsen album is as excellent as you’d expect from the most talented pop musician of the last decade, but man, there are moments where it feels like she’s ascending to a whole new plane (“Burning Heart” in particular took me about).
