Why is there such a huge disparity between so much of the political sphere (politician and media) and the general public? Most people hate far right violence, but these thugs get faint criticism from Labour and BBC to actual support from Reform and MSM outlets.

YouGov makes the point that there’s an efficiency in the left bloc vote which isn’t there for the right. Left parties win 60% of seats with 52% of the vote while the right wins 40% of seats off 47% of votes. And that’s without tactical voting.

Thanks to the "legitimate concerns" paradigm, we have a national consensus that migrants (you know which specific ones) are a problem. More migrants = bad, fewer migrants = good. In that context, "anti-migrant protestor" isn't even neutral language to describe this fascist thug. It is *positive*.

Daniel Thomas/Tommo has been charged, with a single count of criminal damage, plus a fresh charge under Regulation of Investigatory Powers for failing to provide his phone pin. He will appear in Magistrates' Court tomorrow.

The theory was that a large crowd outside the police station would deter the police from pressing charges, so that Mr Thomas would be released tonight at 11pm. This has not worked, as the police have charged Mr Thomas, remanding him to appear in court in the morning
