I wanted to play with C++23 now that VS 2026 supports it, and instead I spent the evening fighting with github actions because something changed in msbuild (and ARGH why do we even have to use msbuild in CI, devenv has command line options and WORKS)

When I was working at Pastagames, one of my colleague was making a scripting language (Pesto!) that would compile to c++ and essentially do the same thing automatically (funcs with yield became classes, stack variable became members, etc.). It was pretty neat!
