i upgraded my omada controller & router firmwares; something about the IPv6 setup was currupted from a routing pov. VLANs stopped working with the local DNS servers, & my vLLM cluster wouldn't come online because it couldn't retrieve something from github... so i disabled IPv6 for sanity.
