Hadn't thought about this production in years, but boy howdy did watching women say the men's lines make people squirm. 10/10 would recommend to others, especially as someone who had to figure out how to play Kate once and be comfortable with it.

The East Coast Society for Creative Anachronism is huge into rapier. Last weekend for the first time they were allowed to use rapier instead of heavy armor with wooden swords to determine the East Coast heads. Somebody made a very pretty video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2GV...

During challenging times, I have slammed back whole series. They were a balm to my heart and a distraction for my mind. The value of those books is beyond their words. Years ago, they were the Mrs. Pollifax books. Tagging more recent authors on Bluesky on that list for me.
