We took the French government to court - and WE WON. But the work isn’t over. The court ruled that living conditions in Dunkirk camps are illegal and inhumane, ordering urgent action. But basic healthcare is still missing. We have appealed to push for its inclusion. @humansforrights.bsky.social

On the 18th September the UK government attempted to remove an unaccompanied child from Afghanistan to France under its sordid ‘one in one out’ scheme. His removal was stopped as he was boarding the plane.

🚨We have published a NEW REPORT sharing the experiences of children from our All4One youth group who were wrongly treated as adults by the Home Office. These children arrived in the UK alone seeking asylum, were declared “significantly over 18” at the border and sent alone to adult asylum hotels.

In a significant ruling today, the High Court of Justice has found that the Home Secretary acted unlawfully and in breach of her duties under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 by accommodating three vulnerable asylum seekers - TG, MN, and HAA - at RAF Wethersfield.
