i think it's easier to just say "immigration is fine" than come up with increasingly strained descriptions of why moving from france to germany for 6 years or whatever isn't immigration somehow

Freedom of Movement is not Immigration, it's the equivalent of living in Worcestershire and travelling to London to work during the week and renting a flat. Which I did for nearly ten years.

And before that I did the same to Leiden in NL, though it was company accommodation.

Not exactly a big fan of BBC News, but in fairness this is nicely done

Yes! The "goose gap"! 😄 The U.S. people in this chart have clearly not been chased by a goose. The ones in the U.K. have.
