The NHS is already one of the biggest perpetrators of anti-trans violence in the UK. This new guidance, which refers to trans people using slurs, demands that we be segregated and abused. I’ve said it before: senior NHS managers must be sacked and punished for what they’ve done to us.

It's interesting, as I see it more as completely replacing the character with myself, when it's not a male protagonist. I'm playing as me, rather than them. In real life, I'm not a woman either, but my autism prob related as I don't experience empathy. When it's a man, I am just helping them thou.

Perhaps you haven't experienced the fresh air of being vastly underrepresented in games and then finding those where the MC simply allows you to be you. Especially when you're trans and can then interact with the world as your gender, be treated as it, but without the danger.

That worked for me with Death Stranding. I dont normally enjoy games where you have to be a man, but in this case I realised I was attracted to the main character and kind of saw myself as helping him. Like a team.
