This is priceless. Check out how local news is reporting on Sen Eric Schmidt’s clown-show grilling of Jack Smith. They found Jack Smith at the game… “Top corner, section 109, row 1. In fact, that seat doesn’t even exist in Atlanta.”

From 15,000 to 185 to Zero: Trump’s Claims of Illegal Voting in Nevada Fizzle
It was the Trump administration’s latest stumble in its effort to find proof of widespread noncitizen voting, despite decades of evidence that it is extremely rare.

Ron and Cassie DeSantis: These two crooks stole $10 million from a settlement with a charity, wired it to Cassie’s fake “charity,” laundered it through two puppet organizations, and then used it for political ads in an election year. They should be in jail.

Illinois law says local officials can't help federal agents deport people. So how did so many residents end up on ICE's radar through information shared by local police, sheriffs, and prosecutors? I filed 394 FOIA requests to find out. (An @injusticewatch.org partnership with @theintercept.com!)

Illinois promised to protect immigrants. Local officials helped deport them anyway.

The central problem with Chief Justice Roberts’s Friday afternoon “administrative” stay in the White House ballroom case isn’t just the lack of any clear standards for such relief; it’s that it’s hard to see how, *whatever* the standards are, this case could satisfy them. Me in today’s “One First”:

245. Irreparable Harm, “Administrative” Stays, and the White House Ballroom
Chief Justice Roberts’s order in the ballroom case is a useful illustration of how standardless the Court’s approach to “administrative” stays appears to be.

most murders are committed by someone the victim knows - a partner, neighbor etc. but in cases where there is no relationship between murderer & victim? the killer is a cop about a third of the time. if you are killed by a stranger, there is a 1 in 3 chance that stranger is a cop.
