Gen Xer here - I had all my M-M-R shots as an infant and a booster in the early 90s as an undergrad. Got my titers checked last year and my mumps immunity was extremely low so I got another MMR booster. Turns out it might be a thing for certain age groups and if you’re concerned get another shot!

Why can't LA build more affordable housing? Well, you see, because a building located in an R5(CW) zone shall not cast a shadow on a lot located in the R4 or R5 zone for more than two hours each day between the hours of 9AM and 3PM on the Winter Solstice and 9AM and 5PM on the Summer Solstice.

Genuinely great to see solar, heat pump and retrofit grants targeting vulnerable homes. It's also good to see the boiler scrappage scheme come immediately rather than in January. I'm sure a lot of people retrofitting right now, and the companies, are relieved they will qualify.
